This image was taken from the Tonto Trail as we
neared the junction of the Hermit Trail. The Hermit
Rapids are visible on the Colorado river from this
point and Columbus Point is in the background. I
stopped at this point to reload some of my
filmholders and to take in the scenery. This break
also allowed my father-in-law a nice rest in the
shade. We all enjoyed this life-changing trip and
can't wait to do it again. --Rebecca
