Skeletons of the various cacti in the Sonoran desert are fascinating in design. I came across this skeleton of a cholla cactus surrounded by poppies near Picacho Peak between Phoenix and Tucson in 1997. This image was taken with the 4 x 5 Wista as the sun was getting low in the sky. --Rebecca
