This was the second of two sunset shots I made at the 8 mile campsite along the Kalalau trail on the NaPali Coast on Kaua'i. The campsite is not an "official" site, but many people stop there either on the way in to Kalalau beach, or back to Ke'e beach. The Kalalau trail is very strenuous and long (11 miles), so people stop here along the way. There is a great little plateau to sit out on and look at the ocean and watch the sun go down. It is also a great place to make new friends. Hi to Zach and Marion whom we met that night. --Rebecca |
