I was set up to take some pictures of the cliffs on Kalalau beach (see "Kalalau Beach") when a cloud came in front of the sun and blocked the light on the cliffs. I turned around to see how long it would be blocking the sunlight and decided this was a much better scene. Since there were no other clouds in sight, I decided this was the best opportunity for a good sunset shot on the beach. This was on the last night we spent on the beach. --Rebecca
