This image captured on medium format was taken
north of the McDowell Mountain Park, just south of
Rio Verde, Arizona. We had set up to shoot east
towards the Four Peaks but the activity was a bit
low. As Rebecca's "lightning spotter" - I noticed
some activity to the west. She turned the cameras
around and composed this image over McDowell
Mountain Road. Luckily no cars streaked by... just
a long stream of lightning. The clouds really made
this spectacular. -- Keith |
