I was out shooting a sunset on thunderclouds one
evening, and as the sun was setting, the lightning
started. This storm was fairly far off in the
distance and I didn't think I was going to get
much. When I picked up my film the next day, I was
pleasantly surprised to find this image. I thought
immediately that the sky looked as though it were on
fire. I have never gotten quite this much red in an
