This image was taken in September, 1997 on a beach
in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Keith and I were
on our honeymoon, but he knows the 4 x 5 has to
follow me everywhere. I just have to be glad I
married someone with the understanding and patience
he has! We arrived on St. Croix in the wake of
Hurricane Erica which had done a lot of damage to
the beach. We were told that waves on the west side
of the island are rare, but the hurricane had
really stirred things up. The clouds on this
particular night were mixing very nicely with the
waves and the pastel colors of the sunset.
Relaxation was needed and received on this and the
