Calf Creek Falls is just outside of Escalante, Utah. It is at the end of a fairly easy 3 mile hike and is absolutely beautiful. This is the lower falls. There are apparently upper falls, but I have been told they aren't as nice as the lower falls. This was taken in July and it was hot. If you are going to try this hike, bring LOTS of water. That is the biggest mistake people make. If you are only bringing enough to get to the falls thinking you are going to fill up at the falls, bring water treatment tablets or a filter. It is certainly worth the effort! --Rebecca
